A heat pump evaporator for emitting and absorbing heat according to the present invention comprises one or more tubes to allow fluids to flow; one or more piezoelectric elements for vibrating the evaporator; an adherence sensor for sensing whether ice adheres to the evaporator or not; and a control part for controlling the piezoelectric elements using information received from the adherence sensor.
