The present invention relates to a seismometer installation device fixed on the internal side surface of a borehole. The seismometer installation device fixed on the internal side surface of a borehole comprises: a seismometer; a cylindrical case on which the seismometer is fixed, and which is inserted in a borehole; multiple fixed anchors installed along the circumferential direction of the case and fixed on the inner diameter of the borehole while being drawn in and out by hydraulic pressure; and a controller installed on the ground surface, and connected by a cable to draw in and out the fixed anchors. The present invention can install one or more seismometers not on the bottom surface of the borehole but at an arbitrary position by fixing the seismometers on the internal side surface of the borehole, can prevent interference in the installation of the multiple seismometers by enabling control cables to be arranged while penetrating the case for fixing the seismometers; can increase hardness; and can easily and conveniently install the seismometers using the hydraulic pressure.
