PURPOSE: A task process management system and a management method are provided to reduce an idle time by changing and processing a unit task into a control algorithm and a control effector which are automatically performable. CONSTITUTION: A database (10) stores a container flow graph (CFG) which moves a container to automation equipment. A control algorithm (50) executes the allocation and control of the automation equipment. A CFG processing engine (30) outputs an execution command of a task which is performed according to each unit task of the automation equipment based on the CFG. A CFG processing engine updates the CFG by grasping the current state of the automation equipment. A control effector (70) receives an execution command from the CFG processing engine. The control effector commands a task performance with the automation equipment. The control effector feeds back information of a current level which the automation equipment processes with the CFG processing engine.
