PURPOSE: A building panel for city agriculture is provided not to destroy beauties of a city and to prevent hotbed from being damaged because wind blows out in a minute gap.;CONSTITUTION: A building panel(20) for city agriculture comprises a frame(200), a pattern frame(202), a balloon(210), and a balloon fixing unit(220). The frame forms a closed loop, and the pattern frame is fixed to the inside of the frame. The balloon is inserted into the space between the pattern frames and comprises an air inject discharge port(212) on the bottom.
