The present invention provides a foil thrust bearing comprising: a thrust bearing plate disposed on a frame; a fixed end disposed to be opposite to a runner of a rotation shaft so as to form a fluid film between the fixed end and the rotation shaft while the rotation shaft relatively rotating to the frame rotates and connects to the thrust bearing plate; a top foil comprising a free end formed by being spaced apart from the thrust bearing plate so as to be displaced; and a bump formed on a plate shape in parallel to the thrust bearing plate, disposed between the top foil and the thrust bearing plate and one edge in contact with the top foil between the fixed end and the free end of the top foil so as to elastic-support the top foil.
