The present invention relates to pretreatment separation and concentration process techniques to economically separate and recover again a small amount of valuable resource compositions remaining in molten slag as a secondary waste resource produced after mixing and selectively recovering an iron component with an element capturing agent after normal high-temperature melting treatment to recover various valuable resources such as platinum family, etc. from automobile waste catalysts for exhaust gas purification, and more specifically to a comprehensive technique of zero emission recycling processes based on the fact that the present valuable resources are captured and present in an iron composition already used as an element capturing agent by developing and introducing the most economical process technique of pulverizing the present molten iron slag as secondary waste into proper sizes and then magnetically sorting only iron-containing powder using magnetic characteristics as physical characteristics possessed by the powder so that not only a possibility of very economical and effective reprocessing of the secondary wastes produced daily in a large quantity is provided but also even magnetically non-recoverable, pure slag glassy fine powder as the third waste resource produced lastly in this process is effectively utilized as various functional fillers for structural materials, etc.
