The present invention provides a spread-spectrum clock generator. The spread-spectrum clock generator can easily implement the Hershey-kiss modulation which is a non-linear function by combining two linear functions, and provide a modulator which displays the alterations in the current value of the modulation current output from a charge pump to be symmetrical from a time axis in the horizontal direction to increase the EMI attenuation performance and the space efficiency, and reduce the power consumption.
