The present invention relates to a drain pipe line for preventing flowing backward of an apartment house which is capable of filtering foreign materials and fundamentally preventing the flowing backward phenomenon of domestic sewage by improving a structure of a drain pipe line installed in a veranda or a bathroom, etc. According to the present invention, the drain pipe line comprises: a flat plate cover having a hole for draining and an arc plate in a lower side, and arranged in a floor in parallel; a first casing buried in the lower end to maintain the flat plate cover; a second casing assembled in the lower end of the first casing; an opening and closing ball arranged inside space formed between floors of the first casing and the second casing to discharge sewage or to prevent the flowing backward phenomenon; and a drain pipe for discharging the sewage, which is flowed through the hole for draining of the flat plate cover, to the outside. A filtering plate is mounted on the step inside the first casing. An integrating plate having a distributing hole is assembled with a bolt on a bracket protruding upwards from the center of the floor. The drain pipe is assembled by forming a binding flange on the floor of the second casing, and a sub drain pipe having a stopper is prepared around the drain pipe at the same time. Therefore, the stopper is opened or closed by operation of a cylinder according to signals of a pressure sensor mounted on one side of the floor.
