The electric puff comprises: a body in which a motor makes a shaft rotate or linearly reciprocate by being connected to a power source and operated; a contact head for cleansing detachably connected to the shaft; a contact head for a foundation which can be used for replacing the contact head for cleansing, and is detachably connected to the shaft; a movement conversion part allowing the connection of the contact head for cleansing or the contact head for the foundation with the shaft, and converting the rotation or linear reciprocating motion of the shaft into the front and rear reciprocating movement accompanying the rotation and reverse rotation of the contact head for cleansing or the contact head for the foundation.
