PURPOSE: An open service application apparatus, method thereof, and system thereof for managing a check card account are provided to easily manage various accounts in wired/wireless convergence network by designing a check card account based on open interface. CONSTITUTION: An application program storing unit(119) stores an application program for a service interface and an open charging server(130). A service receiving unit(111) receives account management service information from an open service gateway. A service controlling unit(113) controls in order to receive account service information to the service receiving unit through the open service gateway.
