Disclosed are a VIDEO-ON-DEMAND (VOD) exploring system, a mobile communication terminal supporting a VOD exploring service, and a method of exploring a VOD. The VOD exploring system according to the present invention includes: a broadcast receiving terminal for receiving a VOD from a broadcasting station and outputting the received VOD; a broadcasting image storage server for capturing images for time sections set for the VOD and matching and storing the captured image and section information; an NFC communicator for transmitting pairing information corresponding to the broadcast receiving terminal in a Near Field Communication (NFC) communication scheme; and a mobile communication terminal for performing an NFC communication with the NFC communicator, performing pairing with the broadcast receiving terminal based on pairing information, receiving and displaying images of the VOD transmitted from the broadcasting image storage server to the broadcast receiving terminal and section information, and moving a reproduction time point of the broadcast receiving terminal to a reproduction time point of corresponding section information based on an image selected from the displayed images by the user.
