The present invention relates to a system and a method for an automatic link between failure facility and performance criteria of maintenance effect monitoring module by using facility database of functional importance determination of nuclear power plant which comprises an input unit (100) which receives information on malfunction of facilities of the previously stored facilities; a storage unit (200) which stores facility database of a functional importance determination, management target function for a maintenance effect monitoring program, and performance criteria; an analysis unit (300) which selects the management target function, if the information on malfunction of facilities received from the input unit (100) corresponds with the facility database of functional importance determination received from the storage unit (200), and selects performance criteria, if each management target function corresponds with the performance criteria after conducting analysis; and a display unit (400) which displays the management target function and the performance criteria generated by the analysis unit (300). According to the present invention, in order to evaluate effects on functions due to malfunction of facilities of a nuclear power plant, the present invention automatically links the failure facilities and the performance criteria through the system for linking the performance criteria of the maintenance effect monitoring program, so that an objectivity and speed of the nuclear power plant performance monitoring system are enhanced, and waste of additional manpower or human errors can be reduced by enabling the automatic link of the performance criteria and the management target function of the maintenance effect monitoring program on failure facilities without additional operation. Thus, the present invention contributes to a stable and efficient operation of a nuclear power plant.
