Bilayer Hydrogel Moist Wound Dressing containig Amniotic Membranes-Loaded and Method for Preparing the Same

PURPOSE: A bilayer hydrogel wet dressing containing an amniotic extract and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have a significant effect in treating skin regeneration as an effect of treating a cut and a burn as the dressing is capable of preventing infection, promoting epithelial tissue generation, and reducing keratinization. CONSTITUTION: An amniotic extract hydrogel layer comprises a bilayer hydrogel wet dressing containing an amniotic extract; a polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel layer including polyvinyl alcohol, water-soluble polymer, and polyvinyl alcohol including purified water; and water-soluble polymer, an amniotic extract, and purified water that are included in an upper layer part of the polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel. A manufacturing method of the bilayer hydrogel wet dressing containing an amniotic extract comprises the steps of: (a) forming polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel by preparing an aqueous solution by dissolving polyvinyl alcohol and water-soluble polymer in purified water and freezing and defrosting the aqueous solution; (b) forming an amniotic extract hydrogel by preparing a drug aqueous solution by dissolving water-soluble polymer and an amniotic extract in purified water and freezing and defrosting the drug aqueous solution; and preparing a bilayer hydrogel wet dressing by adding the amniotic extract hydrogel in the polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel.
