Disclosed is a rotary rehabilitating apparatus for occupational therapy. The present invention comprises: a base member; a central axis installed to stand upright in the center of the base member; a trigonal pyramid-shaped trigonal rotator inserted into the axis to be rotated, in which an axis support pipe inserted into the central axis is integrated to the bottom surface; and first, second, and third attachment boards attached to three surfaces of the trigonal pyramid. The rotary rehabilitating apparatus improves the recognition capability and memory power of dementia patients, the old people, or the children showing the learning degradation due to developmental disorders through visual impressions using drawings and phonemes.
