The present invention relates to a technology of providing a visual edit-assistance function for touch-based editing applications used in touch-based environments such as a smart phone, a smart pad, and a tablet PC. More particularly, the present invention relates to a technology of assisting an editing function by visually displaying a present editing situation in order to overcome a problem in which an object to be edited (editing target object) is hidden by a finger of a user or a stylus pen and the editing of the object is interrupted in a touch-based terminal apparatus including a touch screen.
