A method for acid-degrading the tangerine meal, a method for enzyme-degrading the tangerine meal, and a method for preparing coenzyme Q10 are provided to recycle the tangerine meal, thereby lowering the manufacturing cost and reducing environmental pollution. A method for acid-degrading the tangerine meal comprise the steps of mixing the tangerine meal and distilled water in a ratio of 1:2; adjusting the pH to be 3.0 by using NH4Cl; and sterilizing it at a temperature of 121 deg.C. A method for enzyme-degrading the tangerine meal comprises the steps of adjusting the pH to be 4.5 by using NaOH after the acid treatment; and adding an enzyme of suitable concentration to react it at 45 deg.C for 12 hours.
