The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an amino acid-trace metallic element complex which combines an amino acid separated from Moringaceae crops with a trace metallic element, and to a composite for fertilizer, a coagulant composite for clean water, sewage, or waste water processing, a composite for feed, and a food composite for trace metallic element supplement, which include the amino acid-trace metallic element complex manufactured by the method as an active component. Also, the present invention relates to the coagulant composite for clean water, sewage, or waste water processing which includes peptide or polypeptide separated from Moringaceae crops as an active component, wherein the Moringaceae crops are non-food crops having excellent protein composition. The present invention uses chip and edible non-food crops which can be produced continuously and allow a user to take them with an easy mind. All by-products produced in a manufacturing process can be recycled as biodegradable compost, and the use of an artificial synthetic material is excluded from the manufacturing process. Therefore, the present invention overcomes disadvantages of an existing trace element complex fertilizer by not causing air, water, and soil pollutants.
