An air-conditioning system using aerobic fermentation is disclosed. The present invention comprises: a compressor boosting refrigerant; an aerobic fermentation tank supplying heat to the boosted refrigerant discharged from the compressor; and a heat exchanger collecting the heat from the refrigerant received the heat from the aerobic fermentation tank. According to the present invention, an eco-friendly heating system utilizing the heat generated in an aerobic fermentation process as a heating source of the heating system is provided. Furthermore, the air-conditioning system capable of selectively providing the cooling and the heating according to seasons.
