Disclosed are an apparatus and a method for forming a pattern using an attaching sheet, and an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a flat panel display comprising the same. The pattern forming apparatus using the attaching sheet according to the present invention comprises: a photo in-line apparatus for forming at least one pattern on each of a plurality of attaching sheets; a transferring member for sequentially supplying the plurality of attaching sheets to a loading section of the photo in-line apparatus; and a recovering member for sequentially recovering the plurality of attaching sheets, in which at least one pattern is formed, from an un-loading section of the photo in-line apparatus. Each of the plurality of attaching sheets is either an attaching glass in which a bare glass is attached on a carrier class or an attaching film in which a flexible film is attached to the carrier class.
