Provided is a light-emitting diode (LED) lighting device having an additional wing-shaped heat-sinking fin structure with heat radiation effects of natural convection. The LED lighting device comprises: at least one LED device (201) and a circuit board (202) having the LED device mounted thereof which are covered by a light diffusing cap (220); multiple main multiple main heat-sinking fins (203) and additional wing-shaped heat-sinking fins (204) which are adjacent to the circuit board (202) to transfer heat; a base holder (205) mechanically combined to multiple main heat-sinking fins (203) and/or additional wing-shaped heat-sinking fins (204); a base (206) combined to the base holder (205) to provide an input of an external power supply; and a power supply circuit board (207) inserted in a space inside the base holder (205). The main heat-sinking fins (203) are three or more and radially arranged from a vertical central axis of the lighting device while having a predetermined angle therebetween and each of the additional wing-shaped hat-sinking fins is radially arranged between the main heat-sinking fins, wherein an electric wire tube (208) is formed at a vertical central portion of the main heat-sinking fins (203), and the additional wing-shaped heat-sinking fins have a predetermined gap (210) from the central axis to accelerate air circulation around the central axis.
