The present invention to a road mark hit module and a road mark removing apparatus with the same that includes: a needle scaler with multiple needles directly hitting road mark; a driving unit driving the needle scaler along the width direction of the road mark; and a guide guiding the motion of the driving unit, wherein the needle scaler is formed so that at least one end of both ends of the needle scaler according to the width direction of the road mark moves in the width of the road mark or so that the needle scaler on both sides of the guide is mutually overlapped according to the width of the road mark. The present invention can improve the efficiency of the road mark removing work, and release the traffic jam generated by a long hour work at the time of road mark removing work or reduce the dangerous element of work. the motion of the driving unit, wherein the needle scaler is formed so that at least one end of both ends of the needle scaler according to the width direction of the road mark moves in the width of the road mark or so that the needle scaler on both sides of the guide is mutually overlapped according to the width of the road mark.
