POLYMERIC BEADS HAVING A GOOD THERMAL STABILITY IN THE HIGH TEMPERATURE CONDITIONS

PURPOSE: Polymeric beads are provided to minimize the generation of fume since physical and chemical changes are not caused even in high temperature treatment processes. CONSTITUTION: Polymeric beads are prepared by a composition consisting of: at least one monomer selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl monomer, C1~20 acrylic acid or methacrylic acid alkyl ester monomer, and C1~20 acrylic acid or methacrylic acid fluoroalkylester monomer; and C1~20 carboxylic acid compound; crosslinking agent; initiator; and ion exchange water. Polymeric beads have at least one endothermic peak at 160 C or more in differential scanning calorimetry analysis and 10 weight% loss temperature of 255 C or more in thermogravimetric analysis.
