MANUFACTURING METHOD OF POLYURETHANE NON-WOVEN FABRIC USING ELECTROSPINNING

The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a polyurethane nonwoven fabric, comprising the steps of: (S1) preparing a spinning solution by dissolving, in a solvent, thermoplastic polyurethane, thermosetting polyester urethane prepolymer and the crosslinking agent of the thermosetting polyester urethane prepolymer; (S2) forming a web by electrospinning the spinning solution using an electrospinning spinneret; and (S3) curing the thermosetting polyester urethane prepolymer by heat-treating the web. The web spun according to the manufacturing method of the present invention forms ultrafine fibers having thermoplastic polyurethane and thermosetting polyester urethane prepolymer mixed therein. A three-dimensional netlike structure is formed by advancing the crosslinking reaction inside the ultrafine fibers and between the ultrafine fibers if the thermosetting polyester urethane prepolymer, which is contained in the ultrafine fibers, is cured by heat treatment. Accordingly, a polyurethane nonwoven fabric, which has heat resistance, washing durability and friction resistance improved, is obtained.
