An aptitude data generation device using biometric data and a method thereof are disclosed. The aptitude data generation device using biometric data includes: a receiving unit which receives biometric data from a biometric data transmitting unit and receives schedule data form a schedule manager; a stress calculation unit which calculates the stress index using the biometric data and manages the calculated stress index to match the time data for the time when the biometric data is received to a schedule item in the schedule data; and a storage unit which stores the stress index calculated by the stress calculation unit.
