The present invention relates to a soil purification system and a soil purification method using the same. The present invention relates to a monitoring system for in-situ underground agitation having excellent soil purification efficiency and a soil purification method using the same, wherein the monitoring system for in-situ underground agitation monitors soil contamination with one device, and facilitates the operation by enabling the agitation and medicine spraying proper to contaminated soil. More particularly, the monitoring system for in-situ underground agitation comprises: a device for in-situ underground agitation which excavates and agitates contaminated soil in situ and enables the input of a reactive material into the agitated contaminated soil; a GPS antenna mounted on the device for in-situ underground agitation; and a monitor part installed on the device for in-situ underground agitation to control the operation of the device for in-situ underground agitation and the GPS antenna, and monitoring position information by the GPS antenna and corresponding contaminated soil.
