The present invention relates to an optimum management system in a temperature and humidity conditioning system utilizing an anticipatory diagnosis. The temperature and humidity conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a temperature and humidity conditioning system, a management information transmission/control apparatus, a communication network, a central management server, and an administrator terminal. The optimum management system of the temperature and humidity conditioning system according to an embodiment of the present invention takes all of the factors of the operation status of the temperature and humidity conditioning system into account and uses the factors in creating a diagnostic assessment of the operation. The diagnostic assessment of the operation is used with the data collected on a real-time basis to determine the status of the system to enable the appropriate operation of the system.
