The present invention relates to a scaffold composition for a regeneration of a hard tissue and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to the scaffold composition for the regeneration of a hard tissue wherein a silane coupling agent is added to a bioactive glass precursor and the manufacturing method thereof. The scaffold composition for the regeneration of a hard tissue according to the present invention induces a formation of an organic-inorganic composite by adding the silane coupling agent to the bioactive glass precursors produced by a sol-gel method; and controls extrusion paste conditions having viscosity, extrudate properties, and moldability which can be applied to a rapid prototyping process, especially to a lamination molding method, in an aging step that prompts a gelation by inducing a polycondensation of a sol solution, and in a compression (solvent evaporation induction) step. Such utilization of the present invention has an advantage of producing a three-dimensional porous structure of a scaffold for the regeneration of a hard tissue, which displays excellent mechanical strength at room temperature without additional forming processes.
