PURPOSE: A press reduction type refrigerant circulating structure is provided to maintain the inner pressure of a tank at negative pressure, thereby improving a sealing effect. CONSTITUTION: A press reduction type refrigerant circulating structure comprises a cooling tank(M), a cooling line(L2), a recovery line(L1), an inflow pump(14), a suction pump(12), a radiating member(11), and a refrigerant generator(13). The cooling tank cools a heating element. Refrigerant flows into the cooling tank through the cooling line. The refrigerant absorbed heat from the cooling tank is recovered through a recovery line. The inflow pump makes the refrigerant flow into the heating element at the pressure of a predetermined range. The suction pump sucks the refrigerant at the pressure of a range higher than a predetermined range. The radiating member discharges the heat of the refrigerant supplied from the recovery line to the outside. The refrigerant generator recovers the refrigerant discharged by the radiating member, thereby lowering the temperature.
