A method and a system for sharing information based on a conceptual tag cloud are provided. The method and the system for sharing information can create words which appear together in one sentence or an adjacent sentence using words extracted from a script document of a video, can build an interface based on an ODP structure which represents domain in a hierarchical structure and a document which consists of the words appearing together, and can share information between lecturers or learners using this interface.
