The present invention relates to a method for processing marine magnetic measurement data and a processing device therefor. The processing method according to the present invention comprises a step for obtaining initial total magnetic anomalies for each side line from original measurement data; a step for obtaining filter total magnetic anomalies by filtering a high frequency component from the initial total magnetic anomalies; a step for obtaining reference correction total magnetic anomalies by correcting the filter total magnetic anomalies based on reference total magnetic anomalies; and a step for drawing the total magnetic anomalies for each side line by using the reference correction total magnetic anomalies, editing error data, and obtaining edited total magnetic anomalies.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
