A system for preventing the intrusion of a smart device-based malicious code according to the present invention, and a method thereof are disclosed. The system for preventing the intrusion of the smart device-based malicious code according to the present invention includes: a collection unit which collects at least one piece of status information with which a status of a smart device can be recognized; a control unit which primarily determines whether or not to execute an application based on the collected status information, extracts a hash value for a part or all of a file related to the execution of the application, and secondarily determines whether or not to execute the application based on the hash value; and a display unit which displays a screen executing the application according to the determined result. The control unit checks whether or not the application plays a role of the malicious code which is set in advance based on the collected status information, and primarily determines whether or not to execute the application according to the checked result.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
