PURPOSE: A recycled polyester polymer is provided to control the residual moisture rate to optimum state at manufacturing waste polyester products, and to have high viscosity, few discoloration, and excellent physical properties by adding a chain extender, and a polymerization catalyst with the optimized content. CONSTITUTION: A recycled polyester polymer comprises a residual moisture content of 0.1 weight% or less, and 1.0 weight% or less of a chain extender. A manufacturing method of the recycled polyester copolymer comprises: a step of manufacturing flake by crushing waste polyester products, a step of drying the flake in order for residual moisture be 0.1 weight% or less, and a step of manufacturing recycled polyester polymer-melted liquid by melting the dried flake.
