The present invention relates to an apparatus for restoring a sediment structure of an undisturbed sedimentary layer of a Phanerozoic intertidal zone and, more specifically, to an apparatus for restoring a sediment structure of an undisturbed sedimentary layer of a Phanerozoic intertidal zone, which includes: a can core for taking samples of a sedimentary layer; a hollow first frame prepared on the top of the can core, in which the taken sample is exposed, and having the same appearance of the can core; a partition prepared on the first frame for dividing the samples taken from the can core in accordance with a particle size distribution of the samples; and a second frame prepared on the top of the first frame while having the same appearance of the first frame and having a fabric with an imitated shape of the sedimentary structure of the samples.
