The present invention relates to a device arranged on a platform, which is installed in multiple posts having the bottom fixed on the sea bed, to measure tidal current and tide level at a position where an offshore structure is constructed. The device comprises a fixing plate, a connection part, a water feeding protection part, and a measurement part. The fixing plate is assembled to the platform to be replaced, and has an assembly hole with a constant size formed at the center of a body. The connection part comprises an external connection pipe inserted in the assembly hole to allow the top to be fixed, and an internal connection pipe arranged inside the external connection pipe to maintain a constant gap between the inner surface of the external connection pipe and the outer surface of the internal connection pipe with a first gap maintaining rib. The water feeding protection part is connected to the external connection pipe by an external coupler, and is connected to the internal connection pipe by an internal coupler. The water feeding protection part comprises an outer casing with a constant length and an internal casing with a constant length. First and second external water feeding holes with constant sizes are formed on the outer surface of the external casing. First and second internal water feeding holes are formed on the outer surface of the internal casing corresponding to the first and second external water feeding holes. The water feeding protection part is submerged in the seawater at a predetermined depth. The measurement part has multiple sensor fixing units fixed inside the internal casing and sensors arranged at the center of the body of the sensor fixing units to measure the tidal current or depth of the seawater entered through the first and second internal and external water feeding holes and transmitting measured data to the control part of the platform through a cable.
