PURPOSE: A method for preparing a fluorescence molecule image probe for detecting high reactive oxygen species is provided to selectively sense hydochlorous acid. CONSTITUTION: A compound for a fluorescence molecule image probe for detecting high reactive oxygen species is denoted by chemical formula 1. A method for preparing the compound of chemical formula 1 comprises a step of reaction of the compound of chemical formula 2, dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO), and phosphorus oxychloride(POCl_3) using dichloromethane or chloroform as a solvent at 0-15 Deg. C. A composition for detecting high reactive oxygen species contains the compound of chemical formula 1.
