An anti-vibration rubber, and an anti-vibration device for a hard disk installed in a flat display device by using the same are provided to improve reliability by lowering vibration of a hard disk and lower influence applied on a flat panel display instrument due to a hard disk mounted to the flat panel display instrument. An anti-vibration rubber comprises: a coupling part in which the vibration of a hard disk is transmitted; a connection part in which the coupling part is inserted into outside; an upper supporting part(11) and a lower supporting part(12) connected to top and bottom of the connection part; a plurality of surface projections(13) which are radially formed in the surface of the upper supporting part or the lower support part and in which height of inside part is lowered inside little by little and a coupling member which is inserted into an inserting hole(18) formed inside the connection part and is connected in a fixing unit of a display apparatus.
