The present invention relates to a high corrosion-resistant rib and a tube expander of a corrugated steel pipe capable of swiftly and accurately expanding a portion of a tube being expanded through a roller only for tube expansion. The high corrosion-resistant rib and tube expander of a corrugated steel pipe includes a lower guide roller for supporting a rotating rib steel pipe from the bottom; inner and outer guide rollers coming in contact with inner and outer surfaces of one and the other ends of the rib steel pipe to support the rotating rib steel pipe; and a processing roller for pressurizing a portion of the inner and outer surfaces of both ends of the rib steel pipe to form a thread part. The process roller is selectively replaced by the tube expanding roller to expand one and the other ends of the rib steel pipe.
