PURPOSE: Server, terminal, method and recording medium for caller authentication based call/message communication are provided to effectively cut off a spam-like one ring call, system call or advertising, business call and et cetera in a communication network. CONSTITUTION: A service server (200) includes an authentication unit (250), a communication connection unit (270), a service information configuration unit (210) and an authentication judgment unit (230). The authentication unit requests outbound call/message for a receiving terminal to an originating terminal. The communication connection unit connects or cuts off the outbound call/message to the receiving terminal according to the success of authentication. The service information configuration unit synchronizes and stores service configuration information configured or updated from the receiving terminal. The authentication judgment unit judges necessity of authentication of the corresponding originating terminal based on the stored service configuration information when an outbound call/message for the receiving terminal is generated.
