Expression of Honeysuckle yellow vein virus(HYVV)-C4 gene in Escherichia coli and production of polyclonal antibody against the recombinant TYLCV-C4 protein

PURPOSE: A method for producing C4 recombinant protein of Honeysuckle HYVV(yellow vein virus) and a method for preparing an antibody for the recombinant protein are provided to develop a virus diagnosis kit. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing C4 recombinant protein HYVV-C4 recombinant protein comprises: a step of amplifying HYVV-C4 gene by PCR and cloning the gene into pET28a vector; a step of transforming the vector into E.coli; a step of selecting E. coli colony and culturing; and a step of adding IPTG to express the recombinant protein; and a step of isolating and purifying the recombinant protein.
