PURPOSE: A meaning information database and a management method thereof are provided to proceed database management more effectively by managing relation level with the other meaning information related to meaning information. CONSTITUTION: A meaning information extractor(100) extracts at least one or more meaning information from predetermined contents. A meaning information database(200) stores at least one or more meaning information in the meaning information by the contents. The meaning information database computes the respective relation level of the other meaning information according to respective appearance frequency of the other meaning information of the other contents caused by at least one or more meaning information. The meaning information database stores the relation level information with the other meaning information according to at least one or more meaning information.
