The present invention provides a manufacturing method of a metal-organic framework membrane, and a metal-organic framework membrane manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the manufacturing method of a metal-organic framework membrane comprises: (a) a step of heating a supporter at a preset temperature; (b) a step of spraying a precursor solution including a seed crystal on the heated supporter at a predetermined jet pressure using a spray gun; and (c) a step of exposing and secondly growing the seed crystal on the supporter, in which the seed crystal is attached, in an autoclave.
