The present invention provides a supporting part of a deck pipe main body of an LNG vessel sailing a polar region comprising: a pipe main body installed in a deck to load or unload by flowing LNG from a storage tank equipped inside a hull of an LNG vessel sailing a polar region; a supporting part equipped in an outer peripheral surface of one side of the pipe main body to support the pipe main body while the pipe main body is broken in the upper part of the deck; USIM plates equipped in all sides outside a clamp while the clamp is bound to the outer peripheral surface of the pipe main body corresponding to the inside of the supporting part; and a sliding pad installed inside the supporting part to side-contact to correspond with the USIM plates of the clamp. The present invention provides an apparatus for preventing freezing installed in a supporting part of a deck pipe main body of an LNG vessel sailing a polar region comprising: a supporting cover consisting of a first supporting side having the width wider than the width of the upper side of the supporting part while side-contacting the upper side of the supporting part, a supporting piece vertically extended in a fixed length by being bent in right and left side ends of the first supporting side, and a second supporting side vertically extended downwards by being bent in the upper and lower sides of the first supporting side; a canvas housing for forming inlets in both sides while having the form of a box whose lower part is opened to cover the supporting part having the supporting cover, and the pipe main body protruding from the both sides of the supporting part, for forming a first opening part where one side of the lower side of the inlet is vertically cut, for forming an attaching piece in the form of a ring protruding toward the outside by being integrally connected with the outer peripheral surface of the inlet, and for forming a second opening part where the lower side of the attaching piece is cut.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
