A signal processing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to update a transmission precoding matrix and transmission weight matrix, repetitively by using channel information and interference information, thereby effectively removing the interference generated in the external cell and internal cell. A base station apparatus in an MU MIMO(Multi-User Multiple Input Multiple Output) wireless communication system comprises a control information checkup device(202), a matrix decider(204), a control information generator(206), a modulator(208), a precoder(210), a signal buffer(212), a multiplexer(214), and a plurality of RFs(216-1_216-N). The control information checkup device confirms the control information received from a terminal. The matrix decider determines a precoding matrix to be used in the base station and a weight matrix to be used in the terminal by using the channel information and interference information. The control information generator produces the control information to be transmitted to the terminal. The modulator modulates information bit strings to be transmitted to each terminal to produce complex symbols. The precoder multiplies transmission signals to each terminal by a corresponding precoding matrix.
