PURPOSE: Atmospheric cationic dye dyeable copolyester micro-fiber and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to produce the atmospheric cationic dye dyeable copolyester micro-fiber having good dyeability under pressure less than 100C. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of atmospheric cationic dye dyeable copolyester micro-fiber includes a step for performing a melt-spun step for atmospheric cationic dye dyeable copolyester polymer, and a step for adjusting the maximum distance of filament and cold air extraction surface. The melt-spun step includes a process for manufacturing undrawn yarn and a process for manufacturing drawn yarn with the undrawn yarn. A manufacturing system includes a reaction bath(3,5), a slurry storage bath(2), a transfer line filter(4,6), a pelletizer(8), and etc.
