摘要

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an eco-friendly clay brick that is capable of reducing the amount of use of clay, white clay, or soil cement as a main material for use in manufacturing of the clay brick by using recycled waste materials such as coal ash, waste vinyl cleaning sludge, and ceramic slime; and to an eco-friendly clay brick manufactured by using the method. According to the present invention, waste vinyl cleaning water that is inevitably generated during the course of waste vinyl recycling is used to be utilized in a dough or moisture adjustment step or a coagulant is used to manufacture waste vinyl sludge in which mud contained in the cleaning water is concentrated and be recycled as a clay brick material so that discharge of the environment-polluting waste vinyl cleaning water can be minimized. Approximately 10-15 wt% of unburned carbon powder is contained in the coal ash as one of the recycled waste materials for an additional heat source during a plasticization step in a brick manufacturing process, and thus, plasticization temperature can be lowered.
