The present invention relates to a device for crushing hilling soil for a bed of elevated cultivation. After crops are harvested, roots remaining on a bed of elevated cultivation are crushed in order to be recycled as a fertilizer. At the same time, a furrow (levee) is produced so that work efficiency for elevated cultivation can be remarkably improved. The device for crushing hilling soil for the bed of elevated cultivation in the present invention comprises a soil crushing housing; a soil crushing unit installed in an internal space of the soil crushing housing; and an engine installed at the top of the soil crushing housing in order to operate the soil crushing unit. The soil crushing housing has an opened bottom and has an internal space in which the soil crushing unit is installed. The soil crushing unit includes a drive shaft which is installed at the bottom in the internal space of the soil crushing housing in order to operate; and a plurality of soil crushing blades installed on the outer circumferential surface of the drive shaft.
