The present invention provides a water pollutant complex treatment device comprising: a contact bath partitioned into a first contact room and a second contact room by a partition wall with an open hole on a lower end, wherein water to be treated supplied from the outside is transferred from the first contact room to the second contact room through the open hole and then is discharged therethrough; a plurality of guide walls coupled to an inside wall and the partition wall of the contact bath so as to be crossed with each other; a filter media filled into each of the first contact room and the second room to absorb a nonvolatile pollutant from the water to be treated supplied to the contact bath; and an aeration unit coupled to the contact bath so as to be connected to the second contact room in order to receive the water to be treated from an upper portion discharged from the second contact room, and transferring the water to be treated supplied from the second contact room while a water film is formed on the water to be treated to remove a volatile pollutant through contact with air. In such a water pollutant complex treatment device, when water to be treated is supplied to a contact bath partitioned into a first contact room and a second contact room by a partition wall, the water to be treated is transferred from the first contact room to the second contact room, and thus a nonvolatile pollutant is removed from the water to be treated by a filter media. Also, the water to be treated discharged from the second contact room is transferred in one direction through an aeration unit inclidned in one direction and forms a water film, and thus a volatile pollutant can be removed from the water to be treated through contact with air, so that a treatment of the pollutant in the water to be treated takes less time, and also installation and maintenance costs are reduced due to a simple structure.
