The present invention relates to an assembling device for a packing box, including a main frame, a box assembling unit, and a position adjusting member for adjusting the position of the box assembling unit, that can assemble various sizes of packing boxes by one assembling device, and can easily remove a defective product produced when assembling. The assembling device includes a main frame and a box assembling unit for folding a lower plate of the packing box. The box assembling unit has a pair of first folding members facing each other and disposed at positions opposite of each other, a pair of second folding members facing each other and disposed at positions opposite of each other in a direction perpendicular to the first folding members, and a position adjusting member connected to the first folding members and the second folding members to adjust the positions of the first and second folding members.
