The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a deoxidizing agent for steel production using waste aluminum cans and aluminum chips. In particular, the manufacturing method includes the steps of: grinding waste aluminum cans which are selected from waste cans by using magnets and eddy currents ; removing plastic labels, iron, and papers; molding the ground aluminum cans into a ground product compact (a billet for extrusion) using a high pressure press; molding the ground product compact with continuous extrusion by using an aluminum extruder; and cutting the molded ground product compact into small pieces in a certain length so that the product compact can be used as the aluminum deoxidizing agent for steel production. According to the manufacturing method of a deoxidizing agent for steel production using waste aluminum cans and aluminum chips, more stable yield can be obtained compared to the conventional method whereby waste aluminum cans are dissolved to be produced as a deoxidizing agent or as an ingot.
