The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a hybrid for the production of cell scaffolds for osteanagenesis using an electrospinning process and a freeze drying process. Existing scaffolds for osteanagenesis had a disadvantage of being unable to tolerate compressive force caused by the contraction of muscles of the relevant portion. However, the present invention provides a technology for manufacturing inducing scaffolds for osteanagenesis by mixing silk fibroin and hydroxyapatite particles. The inducing scaffolds for osteanagenesis according to the present invention has a three-dimensional porous structure or a fibrous structure, has high biodegradability, has compression resistance against the contractive force of muscles in vivo, and has an advantage of inducing osteanagenesis due to excellent mechanical characteristics allowing the adjustment of compression resistance according to the content of hydroxyapatite.
